Danise StephensHello again!  We are back to introduce you to Danise Stephens, another new beach real estate agent that is joining our team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Danise grew up in Lake View, South Carolina, approximately 60 miles from Myrtle Beach.  Her father farms, so of course, she has an agricultural background.  She has always been very involved in the business aspect of his farming operations.   Danise graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, earning a BSBE degree.

Danise soon decided that teaching was not the career for her and became a Social Worker with the Marion County Department of Social Services in Marion, South Carolina.  After 31 years of state service, Danise retired for a few weeks.  Deciding retirement was also not for her then, she relocated to Cherry Grove, South Carolina, and started a new career as a sales representative in timeshare for the last eight years.

Danise does take time to enjoy herself and indulge in her hobbies.  She likes being on the beach, listening to the tranquility of the ocean and the seagulls.  She also enjoys visits to the mountains, smelling the clean air, and taking in the sights and sounds.  Most of all, she enjoys meeting new people, relaxing, and having fun.

As you can see, Danise has a wide range of experience in many areas.  She received her Real Estate License in 1986 and her Auctioneer’s License.  She decided to put her Real Estate License to use and joined our team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living, which has offices in North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, and Pawleys Island.  Let’s see how Danise is feeling about her newest career.

Q:  Danise, there are many real estate agencies located in North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, and along the Grand Strand, but you chose BHGRE.  Why?

A:  I know the Elliott Family and the reputation of their long-standing Company.  I want to work for a family-owned business with good values and customer-oriented services.   I know that BHGRE offers a robust training program for new agents, a key asset to growing a successful Real Estate business.

Q:  How will you market yourself to a potential client that causes them to choose you as their agent?

A:  I am very familiar with Cherry Grove and North Myrtle Beach, which will help me locate the type of community where my clients are interested in buying a home.  I also like to help people, which I have done my entire career as a social worker, and I have their best interests at heart.   I am sure this will be apparent as I am working with my clients.

Q:  Now that you are a North Myrtle Beach Real Estate Agent, what do you like best about the job?

A:  Knowing that I can help people fulfill their dreams.

Q:  When you list a house for a client in the Myrtle Beach area, what means of marketing will you use to reach other Realtors and potential clients?

A:  I will use social media to get the listing out to the MLS and as many potential buyers as possible.  I will also use tools provided by BHGRE and my social contacts.

Q:  How will you create your client base as a Myrtle Beach Real Estate Agent?

A:  I will utilize my sphere of influence (friends, family, business associates), make phone calls, and do mailouts.  I will also work opportunity time at the BHGRE office several times weekly, receiving leads.

Q:  What do you think will be the most rewarding aspect of your job as a real estate agent for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in Myrtle Beach?

A:  One of the most rewarding aspects of my job will be helping someone’s dreams come true, which is often buying or selling a home, second home, or vacation home.

Danise Stephens sounds ready to help you make your dreams come true, too.  She also has a wide range of experience in sales, public relations, and finance.  She will work hard for you.  If you would like Danise to help you buy or sell your Myrtle Beach property, please contact Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
