NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC — January 28, 2010 — Ron Jackson, Realtor of Elliott GMAC Real Estate, has earned his Real Estate Broker’s License. To earn this designation, Ron completed 90 hours sales agent and 60 hours Broker classroom course hours that concentrated on Ethics, Contracts, Trust Accounts, Planning, Operating a Brokerage, Liability, Agency Laws, and Appraisals. The Broker designation requires 150 hours of classroom work, a minimum of 3 years experience as an active sales agent, and passing a final examination.
“Continuing my professional education is a necessity in my career,” said Ron Jackson. “Earning this designation is an example of my commitment to providing the most comprehensive real estate services available to my customers and clients.”
Along with acquiring his Broker’s License, Ron was recently accepted into the CCAR Leadership Training Program for 2010 and is a member of the 2010 CCAR Legislative Committee.
Jackson joined Elliott GMAC Real Estate in 2006. His success in the real estate industry has been rewarded by numerous honors including the Rising Star award, Top Producer awards, and Top Sales Agent awards.
