Premier Service Ratings

Premier Service is the GMAC Real Estate service delivery process designed to create a consistent, reliable, measurable, and marketable service experience. The program provides GMAC Real Estate sales-partners with tools to help explain their role and demonstrate their commitment to providing the best customer service available from any real estate company in the industry. Elliott GMAC Real Estate is proud to announce that we have 4 newly certified Premier Service Professionals!! Holly Heniford, Kim Stevens, Amanda Smith, and Caleb Serge all completed their certification this month and we extend our appreciation and congratulation to them!
As a company that participates in Premier Service, we are given satisfaction ratings from the GMAC organization. An outside research company conducts surveys and determines a satisfaction rating for each company, as well as for each individual. We are ecstatic to announce that we have reached a 100% Satisfaction Rating from our buyers!! We are also proud of our 96.22% Overall Satisfaction Rating of buyers and sellers combined!
Hundreds of hours of dedication and hard work go into these scores and we are very proud of our team! We plan to continue this excellent rate of satisfaction and always strive for the best!
